After sharing my need for his services he willingly accepted me as a client. Throughout the entire process, he and Hillary (paralegal) were thorough in their explanation of the process, reassuring me, that they kept me updated on meetings & trial dates (jury trial) as well as the post-trial settlement follow-ups (the jury was unanimous in my favor for full settlement)! Anytime I had a question or concern, or just needed to be reassured that this process takes time, I could use the client-attorney portal, call, or stop in their office to talk and I was always welcomed. Also feeling Mr. Burney's faith throughout this journey was very calming and reassuring. Hillary is an essential part of the law team, always knowledgeable, uplifting, and always on point....she's a spitfire!! The entire office staff is professional and helpful--great team.
